Om\u0142otowa 21 94-251 \u0141\u00f3d\u017a \/ Poland, with the assigned tax identification number (NIP): 7292245225, providing services electronically via the Website<\/li>\n<li><strong>User<\/strong> \u2013 a natural person for whom the Administrator provides services electronically via the Website.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Device<\/strong> \u2013 an electronic device with software through which the User gains access to the Website<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cookies<\/strong> \u2013 text data collected in the form of files placed on the User's Device<\/li>\n<li><strong>GDPR<\/strong> \u2013 Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) data)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personal data<\/strong> \u2013 means information about an identified or identifiable natural person (\"data subject\"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of a natural person<\/li>\n<li><strong>Processing<\/strong> \u2013 means an operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data in an automated or non-automated manner, such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, downloading, browsing, using, disclosing by transmission, disseminating or otherwise making available, matching or combining, limiting, deleting or destroying;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Restriction of processing<\/strong> \u2013 means marking stored personal data in order to limit their future processing<\/li>\n<li><strong>Profiling<\/strong> \u2013 means any form of automated processing of personal data that involves the use of personal data to assess certain personal factors of a natural person, in particular for the analysis or forecasting of aspects concerning the performance of that natural person's work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, credibility, behaviour, location or movements<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consent<\/strong> - the consent of the data subject means the voluntary, specific, conscious and unambiguous demonstration of the will by which the data subject, in the form of a declaration or a clear confirming action, consents to the processing of personal data concerning him\/her<\/li>\n<li><strong>Breach of personal data protection<\/strong> - means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, modification, unauthorised disclosure of or unauthorised access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pseudonymisation<\/strong> - means the processing of personal data in such a way that it can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is covered by technical and organisational measures that prevent their assignment to an identified or identifiable person physical<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anonymization<\/strong> \u2013 Data anonymization is an irreversible oces operations on data, which destroys \/ overwrites \"personal data\" making it impossible to identify or link a given record to a specific user or natural person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a72 Data Protection Inspector<\/h2>\nPursuant to Art. 37 of the GDPR, the Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Inspector.\n\nIn matters concerning the processing of data, including personal data, the Administrator should be contacted directly.\n\nIn the event that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a73 Types of Cookies<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Internal Cookies<\/strong> - files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service's IT system<\/li>\n<li><strong>External Cookies<\/strong> - files placed and read from the User's Device by the IT systems of External Services. Scripts of external Services that can place Cookies on User Devices have been intentionally placed on the Service through scripts and services made available and installed on the Service<\/li>\n<li><strong>Session Cookies<\/strong> \u2013 files placed and read from the User's Device by the Service <span style=\"display: none;\">or External Services<\/span> during one session of a given Device. The Administrator selects well-known, large partners with global social trust for cooperation. However, he does not have full control over the content of Cookies from external partners. The Administrator also ensures that it makes every effort to protect the data it holds against loss, by applying appropriate physical and organizational security measures.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Storing passwords<\/strong> \u2013 The Administrator declares that passwords are stored in encrypted form, using the latest standards and guidelines in this area.
