I. General Concepts
- Regulations – these regulations
- Service – the website of the “aidatrans.pl” operating at https://aidatrans.pl
- Service Provider – the company “REDOUANE LATRI “AIDA-TRANS” TRANSPORT MIĘDZYNARODOWY I KRAJOWY” with its registered office address: Ul. Omłotowa 21 94-251 Łódź / Poland, NIP: 7292245225,
- Service Recipient – any natural person who gains access to the Service and uses the services provided by the Service Provider through the Service.
- Electronic Communication – Communication between the parties via electronic mail (e-mail) and contact forms available on the website.
II. General Provisions
- The Regulations define the principles of operation and use of the Service and define the scope of rights and obligations of Service Recipients and the Service Provider related to the use of the Service.
- The subject of the Service Provider's services is to provide free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Service Recipients to access content in the form of entries, articles and audiovisual materials or web applications and electronic forms
- Any possible content, articles and information containing the features of tips or advice published on the Service are only a general collection of information and are not directed to individual Service Recipients. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by the Service Recipients.
- The Service Recipient assumes full responsibility for the manner of using the materials provided within the Service, including using them in accordance with applicable law.
- The Service Provider does not provide any guarantee as to the usefulness of the materials placed on the Service.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for any damages incurred by the Service Recipients or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. All risks related to the use of the Service, and in particular the use and exploitation of information placed on the Service, are borne by the Service Recipient using the services of the Service.
III. Terms of Use of the Service
- Using the Service by each Service Recipient is free of charge and voluntary.
- Service Recipients are required to read the Regulations and other documents constituting its integral part and must accept its provisions in full in order to continue using the Service.
- Service Recipients may not use any personal data obtained from the Service for marketing purposes.
- Technical requirements for using the Service:
- a device with a display that allows displaying web pages,
- an internet connection,
- any web browser that displays web pages in accordance with the standards and provisions of the W3C Consortium and supports www pages made available in HTML5,
- enabled JavaScript support,
- enabled file support Cookie
- In order to ensure the safety of the Service Provider, the Service Recipient and other Service Recipients using the Service, all Service Recipients using the Service should comply with generally accepted network security principles,
- It is prohibited to perform actions personally by Service Recipients or using software:
- without written consent, decompile and analyze the source code,
- without written consent, causing excessive load on the Service server,
- without written consent, attempts to detect gaps in the Service security and server configuration,
- attempts to upload or inject code, scripts and software onto the server and database that may cause damage to the software Service, other Service Recipients or the Service Provider,
- attempt to upload or inject code, scripts and software that can track or steal Service Recipients' or Service Provider's data onto the server and database,
- take any action aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Service or preventing the achievement of the purpose for which the Service operates.
- In the event of detecting the occurrence or potential possibility of a Cybersecurity incident or a violation of the GDPR, Service Recipients should first report this fact to the Service Provider in order to quickly remove the problem / threat and protect the interests of all Service Recipients.
IV. Terms and conditions of registration
- Service Recipients can use the Service without having to register.
- Service Recipients must be registered and have an account on the Service to use additional services provided on the Service, available only to Service Users after logging in.
- Registration on the Service is voluntary.
- Registration on the Service is free of charge.
- Each Service User may have only one account on the Service.
- Technical requirements related to account registration:
- having an individual e-mail account,
- Service Users who register on the Service consent to the processing of their personal data by the Service User to the extent to which they were entered into the Service during the registration process and their subsequent changes or deletion.
- The Service Provider has the right to suspend or delete Service Users' accounts at its own discretion, thus preventing or limiting access to individual or all services, content, materials and resources of the Service, in particular if the Service User allows
- All the services of the Service may be changed in terms of their content and scope, added or removed, and also temporarily suspended or access to them may be limited, at the discretion of the Service Provider, without the possibility of raising an objection in this respect by the Service Recipients.
- Additional security rules for the use of the account:
- Service Recipients registered in the Service are prohibited from sharing their login and password to their account with third parties.
- The Service Provider has no right and will never demand from the Service Recipient a password to a selected account.
- Deleting an account:
- Each Service Recipient who has an account in the Service has the possibility of deleting the account from Service.
- Service Users can do this after logging in to the panel on the Service.
- Deleting an account results in the removal of all identification data of the Service User and the anonymization of the username and e-mail address.
V. Newsletter Service Terms and Conditions
- Service Recipients may use the Service without having to sign up for the Newsletter.
- Signing up for the Newsletter service is voluntary.
- Signing up for the Newsletter service is free of charge.
- Technical requirements related to the Newsletter service:
- having an individual e-mail account,
- Newsletter Service Terms and Conditions:
- providing an individual e-mail account in the electronic form,
- verification of the provided e-mail account by activating the link sent to it,
- expressing consent to receive e-mail notifications,
- Scope of the Newsletter service:
- notification of new news, entries, competitions, and other promotional campaigns related to the Website's services,
- notification of promotional campaigns of the Website's partners (Marketing messages),
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service:
- Each Service Recipient subscribed to the Newsletter service has the option of unsubscribing from the Service on their own.
- Service Recipients can do so via the link provided in each email message sent.
- Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service results in the removal of the provided email address from the Service Provider's database.
VI. Terms of communication and provision of other services on the Website
- The Website provides services and tools that enable Service Users to interact with the Website in the form of:
- Contact form
- Commenting on entries and articles
- The Website provides contact details in the form of:
- E-mail address
- In the event of contact between the Service User and the Service Provider, the personal data of the Service Users will be processed in accordance with the “Privacy Policy“, which is an integral part of the Regulations.
- Terms of posting content by Service Users on the Website:
- It is prohibited to post offensive or defamatory towards the Service Provider, other Service Recipients, third parties and third entities,
- It is prohibited to place text, graphic, audiovisual materials, scripts, programs and other works on the Service for which the Service Recipient does not have a license, or whose author of the property rights has not agreed to free publication,
- It is prohibited to place vulgar, pornographic, erotic and non-compliant with Polish and European law content on the Service, as well as links to pages containing the indicated content,
- It is prohibited to placing scripts and programs that overload the server, illegal software, software used to violate security and other similar activities on the Service, as well as links to pages containing the indicated materials,
- It is prohibited to place marketing content and content advertising other commercial services, products, services or commercial websites on the Service
VII. Collecting data about Service Users
In order to properly provide services by the Service, to protect the legal interest of the Service Provider and to ensure compliance of the Service with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes certain data about Users via the Service. In order to properly provide services, the Service uses and saves some anonymous information about the Service User in cookie files. The scope, purposes, method and principles of data processing are available in the annexes to the Regulations: "GDPR information obligation" and in the "Privacy Policy", which constitute an integral part of the Regulations.- Data collected automatically:
For the efficient operation of the Service and for statistics, we automatically collect some data about the Service Recipient. This data includes:

- Approximate location
- Subpages of the service opened
- Time spent on the relevant subpage of the service
- Operating system type
- Address of the previous subpage
- Address of the referring page
- Browser language
- Internet connection speed
- Internet service provider
- Anonymous demographic data based on Google Analytics data:
- Gender
- Age
- Interests
- Data collected during registration: User name, first name and last name, e-mail addressIn the case of logged-in Service Users (who have an account on the Service), the Service User's identifier associated with the Service User's account may be included in the cookies saved on the Service User's device.
- Data collected during newsletter subscription: e-mail address
VIII. Copyright
- The owner of the Service and the copyright to the service is the Service Provider.
- Some of the data posted on the Service are protected by copyright belonging to companies, institutions and third parties, not related in any way to the Service Provider, and are used on the basis of obtained licenses, or based on a free license.
- Pursuant to the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form and store in search systems, excluding the Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook and LinkedIn search engines, any articles, descriptions, photos and any other content, graphic, video or audio materials found on the Service without the written consent or consent transmitted via Electronic Communication of their legal owner.
- Pursuant to the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright, simple information is not subject to protection press, understood as information itself, without commentary or assessment by its author. The Author understands this as the possibility of using information from texts posted on the website, but not copying all or part of the articles unless this has been indicated in the individual material made available on the Website.
IX. Changes to the Regulations
- All provisions of the Regulations may be unilaterally changed by the Service Provider at any time, without giving reasons.
- Information about changes to the Regulations will be sent electronically to Service Users registered on the Service.
- In the event of a change to the Regulations, their provisions shall enter into force immediately after their publication for Service Users who do not have an account on the Service.
- In the event of a change to the Regulations, their provisions shall enter into force with a 7-day transition period for Service Users who have accounts on the Service registered before the change to the Regulations.
- It is considered that each Service User who continues to use the Service after the change to the Regulations accepts them in their entirety.
X. Right to withdraw from the contract
- A Service Recipient who is a consumer or an entrepreneur making a purchase for purposes unrelated to the conducted business activity has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of its conclusion, without giving a reason.
- To exercise the right to withdraw, the Service Recipient must inform the Service Provider of their decision by means of an unambiguous 3 966 / 5 000 a statement, e.g. sent by e-mail.
- In the event of withdrawal from the agreement, the Service Provider will return all received payments within 14 days from the date of receiving information about the withdrawal.
XI. Complaints procedure
- The Service Recipient has the right to file a complaint regarding the service provided within 14 days of its performance.
- The complaint should be filed in writing or electronically and include: a) the Service Recipient's data, b) a description of the problem, c) a request for resolving the matter.
- The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the Service Recipient of the decision.
- Complaints regarding the warranty for entrepreneurs making purchases for purposes unrelated to the conducted business activity will be considered in accordance with applicable law.
XII. Payment methods
- Available payment methods: a) Bank transfer to the indicated account, b) Online payment using a payment link sent electronically.
XIII. Warranty

The manufacturer's warranty is not provided for transport services, because the subject of the contract is the provision of services.
XIV. Duration of the agreement
- The agreement for the provision of the service is concluded for a specified period, necessary to perform the ordered service.
- The deadline for the implementation and details of the service are agreed individually with the Service Recipient before concluding the agreement.
XV. Final provisions
- The Service Provider is not responsible in any way, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for the content provided and published on the Service by the Service Recipients, for their truthfulness, reliability, authenticity or legal defects.
- The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the Service services are offered on an ongoing basis. However, he shall not be liable for any disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by Service Recipients, third parties or the activity of external automated programs.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information placed on the Service at a time selected by the Service Provider, without the need to notify Service Recipients using the Service services in advance.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, completely or partially disable the Service in order to improve it, add services or carry out maintenance, without prior notice to Service Recipients.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Service, without prior notice to Service Recipients.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to assign all or part of its rights and obligations related to the Service, without the consent and possibility of expressing any objections by Service Recipients.
